1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ListSecurely ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our platform, automated scanning tools, and compliance databases, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the service.

2. Description of Services

ListSecurely provides proprietary rule-based compliance screening and artificial intelligence-assisted suggestions specifically intended for e-commerce listings (e.g., Etsy).

Our services provide informational risk assessments only. ListSecurely does NOT provide legal advice and does not guarantee that your listings will be approved or remain active on any third-party marketplace.

3. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

Access to certain features requires a recurring subscription fee ("Subscription"). Billing is handled through vetted third-party processors (Razorpay).

STRICT NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY

Due to the digital nature of our proprietary compliance logic and the immediate access granted to our databases upon payment, all payments made to ListSecurely are strictly and unequivocally non-refundable. We do not offer prorated refunds, credits, or returns of any kind for partially used subscription periods.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform, including all compliance rules, software code, algorithms, visual interface, and proprietary databases, is the sole property of ListSecurely. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the service for your internal business purposes only. Reverse-engineering, scraping, or copying our compliance logic is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LISTSECURELY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: SHIP REMOVALS, SHOP SUSPENSIONS, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CLAIMS FILED AGAINST YOU BY THIRD PARTIES, OR LOSS OF REVENUE PROCEEDS.

You acknowledge that marketplace policies (such as Etsy’s) change frequently and we make no warranty that our checks capture 100% of potential violations at any given time.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding related to this service shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in India.
