- Active Scan Content: Listing titles, tags, descriptions, and category metadata submitted for compliance analysis.
- Financial Data: Payment information processed securely via Razorpay (we do not store full credit card details on our servers).
3. Processing of Listing Content
When you submit content for a compliance check, our proprietary algorithms and AI models (processed via OpenRouter) analyze the text for trademark risks, prohibited terminology, and platform-specific policy violations.
Data Anonymization: We make reasonable efforts to anonymize or strip personally identifiable information from scan content before passing it to AI subprocessors for rewrite suggestions.

5. Data Retention & Deletion
By default, we retain your scan history to provide you with a compliance audit trail. You have the right to delete individual scan records or your entire account profile at any time. Upon account termination, all associated data is permanently purged from our active systems within 30 days.
