What types of issues can I contact support about?
You can reach us about billing, scan errors, account access issues, feature questions, or anything related to the compliance scanner, appeal letter tool, or monitoring dashboard. We handle product support, subscription management, and general compliance guidance questions.
How quickly do you respond?
We aim to respond to all support emails within 24 hours on business days. During peak periods it may take up to 48 hours. We do not offer live chat at this time, but our email support covers all plan tiers.
Can I get a refund if I subscribed by mistake?
Refund requests are handled case by case. Our Terms of Service describe our refund policy in full. If you subscribed to the wrong plan or experienced a billing error, contact us within 48 hours and we will review your request.
I cannot log into my account. What should I do?
Use the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page to reset your password via email. If you do not receive the reset email within a few minutes, check your spam folder. If the problem persists, email us and we will manually verify your account.
Can I request a feature or report a bug?
Yes. We welcome product feedback. Email us with a description of the feature you need or the bug you encountered, and we will log it for review. You can also visit the Roadmap page to see what is already planned.
Does ListSecurely offer compliance advice for specific Etsy policy questions?
We provide general guidance through our scanner, Help Center, and blog. We cannot provide legal advice or act as your legal representative. For complex IP or trademark disputes, we recommend consulting a qualified attorney.
