The Terms of Service cover your rights and responsibilities when using ListSecurely. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is stored and processed. When you run a compliance scan, we temporarily process your listing title, description, and tags to generate a report. Scan results are stored in your account history so you can review them later.
We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, Razorpay for payment processing, and OpenRouter for AI-powered suggestions. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising purposes.

ListSecurely is a compliance assistance tool. It is not a legal service and does not provide legal advice. Here is what you should understand about the scope of the tool before relying on it.
Not a Legal Service
Our scanner uses rule-based pattern matching and AI suggestions to help identify potential compliance risks. It does not replace professional legal counsel. If you receive an IP strike or face a legal dispute, consult a qualified attorney.
No Guarantee of Safety
A clean compliance scan does not guarantee that your listing is free from all policy risk. Etsy policies change over time, and enforcement is not always consistent. Use the scanner as one layer of protection, not the only one.
AI Suggestions Are Advisory
AI-generated title rewrites and appeal letter drafts are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and editing them before use. We do not guarantee that AI suggestions will prevent listing removal or resolve disputes.
Data Retention
Scan data is retained in your account for as long as your subscription is active. If you delete your account, we remove all associated scan history and personal data within 30 days.

Is ListSecurely affiliated with Etsy?
No. ListSecurely is an independent compliance tool built for Etsy sellers. We are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by Etsy, Inc. The Etsy name and logo are trademarks of Etsy, Inc.
What jurisdiction governs these terms?
Our Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform will be resolved under Indian jurisdiction, as outlined in the Terms of Service.
Can I use the scanner results as legal evidence?
Scanner results are informational and are not intended to serve as legal evidence. They reflect rule-based pattern matching at the time of the scan and should not be used as the sole basis for legal decisions.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can request account deletion by emailing support@listsecurely.com. We will process the request and remove all personal data and scan history within 30 days of the request.
Do you share scan data with Etsy or any third party?
No. Your listing data is only used to generate compliance reports within your account. We do not share scan inputs or outputs with Etsy, brand owners, or any third-party advertising service.
